Delaware

As a Lawyer, I never understood why people incorporated in Delaware. I understand the reasons why people are convinced that they need to incorporate in Delaware, but most of what you hear is just Lawyer propaganda. Unfortunately, Elon learned this the hard way because his Lawyers are trash. The best place to incorporate is always your home state. If you are savvy enough to have a multi-state or international company, Texas is a good state to incorporate.
