Anti-Depressants

Anti-Depressants are the most overprescribed medications in America. All you have to do is go to a Doctor and tell them you are sad. Then like magic, you will instantly have a prescription for an anti-depressant or two. This practice needs to stop in America. Man-made anti-depressants are the worst kind, especially for women, because all they do is blunt our emotions. Anti-depressants are necessary for people who are borderline suicidal. Basically, if you are at the point where life is impossible to live, then anti-depressants may be necessary to save you and others from yourself. Even so, ALL DEPRESSION CAN BE CURED WITH HERBS, GOOD NUTRITION, AND EXERCISE.

When we feel super depressed, it means something is wrong. Don’t ignore that. The way you feel is your body’s way of communicating with you. Depression is caused when your brain and body have lost the power to live. Instead, your brain and body give up, as if life has no purpose. And that’s why you feel super sad. This feeling can last for a day, a week, a month, or even years.

The cause of depression is different for everybody. Thankfully most depression can be cured by water and sleep. If you wake up and still feel bad, the next best thing to do is to consume Vitamin D and herbs that promote total body wellness like chamomile, lavender, damiana, kava, passionflower, saffron, St. John’s Wort, ginseng & ashwagandha. Unlike anti-depressants, herbs heal your body using the power of the Sun. Herbs don’t blunt your symptoms the way pharmaceutical drugs do. However, herbal remedies do require daily use. Most importantly, water, good nutrition and exercise will help eliminate almost all forms of depression. Make sure to eat mostly vegetables, fruits, bread, rice, eggs & fish. Avoid meat from large animals because they are harder for the body to digest and will make you fat. Plus humans are not dogs. Don’t go eating red meat all day and expect to be fine. If you choose to eat meat, be mindful about what that animal eats. The human body requires fruits, herbs and vegetables for proper nutrients. Eating animals that eat fruits, herbs and vegetables is not the same thing. Fish and eggs are the best source of protein. Drink milk if you suffer from anxiety or PTSD, because milk will help calm your nervous system and soothe you. Walking is a great form of exercise. Body weight exercises are even better. All that matters is spending time in the Sun because Sunlight is the best cure.

Always consult with your Doctor about what is best for you. And always tell your Doctor if someone is hurting you. Depression can be caused by abuse. If you are depressed AND in a bad relationship, then you already know what the problem is.

Depression is totally curable. There is no need to blunt your feelings with pharmaceutical drugs. Remember, it’s better to feel everything, than nothing at all. God always gives us everything we want and need.
